Pricing questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy and generate a video without registering or creating a password. Your purchase is linked to an anonymous session in your browser.
What exactly am I buying?
The Basic package is one custom AI-generated video: a 10-second, 720p, 9:16 MP4 file with no watermark. You provide the source photos and choose an available template.
How long does delivery take?
Most videos finish in about 2–5 minutes. Rendering times can vary with demand. Keep the page open until the video is ready.
How long is the download link valid?
The generated video link expires 24 hours after it is issued. Download your MP4 as soon as it appears. We cannot guarantee that a file will still be available after the window closes.
What happens if generation fails?
If our system cannot start or complete the generation, your video credit is restored automatically. If it is not, contact support within 7 days with your PayPal order details and we will fix it.
Is this a subscription?
No. Basic is a one-time payment. There is no recurring charge, automatic renewal, or stored payment method on our side.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for failed or duplicate charges, and where required by law. Because each video is custom-generated and delivered immediately, we generally cannot refund a successfully delivered video. See the Refund Policy for details.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by PayPal in US dollars. We receive the order and payment status, but never your full card or bank details.
