Privacy Policy

Flying Car AI (“Flying Car AI”, “we”, “us”) operates the website flyingcarai.world and the video-generation service offered on it. For privacy questions, contact support@flyingcarai.world.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Photos you upload. A driver photo and, if you choose to provide one, a vehicle photo. These are used only to create your video and to run a safety check.
• Generation details. The template you select, a video task identifier, the generated video URL, and technical status information about the render.
• Order and payment data. From PayPal we receive an order ID, capture ID, payer ID, payer email address, amount, currency, and payment status. We do not receive your full card number, bank account number, or PayPal password.
• Anonymous session data. A random identifier stored in the fca_pay_session cookie so that a purchase can be matched to the browser that made it. It is not a login and does not contain your name or email address.
• Technical and security data. IP address, browser user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, and error information processed by our hosting and security infrastructure. We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
• Contact information. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, topic, message, and basic technical data used for spam prevention.

We do not ask for your postal address, phone number, or a password. The video service does not require registration.

• To generate, render, and deliver the video you purchase.
• To screen uploaded photos for nudity, sexual content, and content involving minors before generation.
• To create and confirm PayPal orders, allocate video credits, and handle failed or duplicate payments.
• To respond to support requests, refund requests, and content-safety reports.
• To protect the service against fraud, abuse, automated attacks, and illegal content.
• To maintain business records and comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
• To understand aggregate usage and fix errors. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract when we generate and deliver your video; (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the service; (c) compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules; and (d) consent where we specifically ask for it. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place.

When you submit a photo, it is held in memory on our server for the duration of the request. Before the photo is sent to any public image host or video model, it is sent to our moderation provider, SeeAPI, as a base64-encoded image for automated screening. If the photo is flagged, the request is rejected and the photo is not uploaded or sent for video generation.

If the photo passes screening, it is uploaded to a temporary public image host (uguu.se, with 3-hour retention, or litterbox.catbox.moe, with 72-hour retention, depending on our configuration) so that the video model can retrieve it. The photo and prompt are then sent to our AI video-generation provider, which uses Seedance / Volcengine Ark through our API gateway, to render the video.

We do not keep your uploaded photos on our own servers after the request finishes. The image host and the video provider process the files under their own terms and retention practices. We do not use your photos or videos to train our own AI models, and we do not use them for advertising.

You must have permission to upload any photo that shows another person. Do not upload photos of minors. See the Terms of Service for the full content rules.

The finished video is made available through a download link. The underlying generated file is hosted by our video provider and is normally available for 24 hours. Download your MP4 promptly. We do not guarantee that a generated file will remain available after the 24-hour window, and we may not be able to restore it.

We keep order records, payment status, and related support correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service, handle refunds and chargebacks, maintain accounting records, and meet legal obligations.

We use one strictly necessary first-party cookie, fca_pay_session. It contains a random identifier, is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and lasts for up to one year. It lets us associate a PayPal purchase and its video credit with your browser without requiring an account. If you block or delete it, we may not be able to fulfil a purchase made in that browser.

PayPal may set its own cookies when its checkout interface loads; those cookies are controlled by PayPal. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with providers that help us deliver the service, or where required by law:

• PayPal — payment processing, order and payer details, fraud prevention.
• SeeAPI — automated image moderation before upload.
• uguu.se or litterbox.catbox.moe — temporary image hosting so the video model can retrieve your photo.
• Seedance / Volcengine Ark — AI video generation and temporary video hosting.
• Our hosting and infrastructure providers — serving the site, running server functions, security, and error logs.
• Contact-form delivery providers — FormSubmit and/or Resend, and our database provider if configured, solely to deliver and store messages you send us.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.

• Uploaded photos: held in memory for the request; not retained on our servers. Temporary image-host copies expire under the host’s schedule (3 or 72 hours).
• Generated video: normally available for 24 hours through the download link.
• Order, payment, and credit records: kept as long as needed for fulfilment, refunds, chargebacks, accounting, and legal compliance.
• Contact messages: kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed to resolve an ongoing dispute or meet a legal obligation.
• Server and security logs: kept for a limited period appropriate to security and troubleshooting needs.

We use HTTPS, server-side secrets, signed download links, restricted administrative access, and automated moderation to protect the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique email password and never send payment credentials or sensitive identity documents through the contact form.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email support@flyingcarai.world with enough information for us to locate the relevant order, such as the PayPal transaction ID and the approximate date of purchase. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

The service is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we prohibit uploads depicting minors. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the related information.

The site may link to PayPal, social media, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before providing information to them.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to make it prominent on the site.
