Terms of Service

Flying Car AI is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to turn photos you provide into a short, vertical video. You upload a driver photo and, optionally, a vehicle photo; choose an available template; and pay for a video generation. The service then renders a video and gives you a temporary download link.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, templates, prices, and availability may change. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available for purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the service. You do not need to create an account. Purchases are associated with an anonymous session stored in your browser. If you clear cookies, change browsers, or use a different device, we may not be able to locate your purchase or remaining video credits.

• The Basic package is $8.90 for one video. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Pro and Viral Pack are marked “coming soon” and cannot be purchased yet. Their features and prices will be announced before they become available.
• Payment is processed by PayPal. By paying, you also agree to PayPal’s user agreement and applicable fees or currency-conversion terms.
• The amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged. We do not add a separate processing fee, and there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency-conversion costs that apply to your purchase and are not collected by us.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change does not affect an order that has already been paid.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, a violation of these Terms, or a technical error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

Most videos are ready in about 2–5 minutes, but rendering time depends on demand and third-party availability. We do not guarantee a specific completion time.

When the video is ready, the page displays a download link. The generated file is normally available for 24 hours after the link is issued. Download and save your MP4 promptly. After the window closes, the file may be deleted by our video provider, and we may not be able to restore it. Failure to download within 24 hours is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

If a generation fails on our side, the video credit is normally restored automatically to the same browser session. If it is not, contact support within 7 days with your PayPal order details. See the Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, and store them solely as needed to screen, render, and deliver your video. This license ends when the processing is complete, subject to the retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have all permissions needed to use them for this purpose.
• Every identifiable person in a photo is an adult who has consented to the photo being used to generate the video.
• The photos do not depict a minor, and you will not upload any image of a child.
• The photos and your use of the resulting video do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

You may not upload, request, or generate content that:

• is sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive, or depicts nudity;
• depicts or involves a minor in any sexual or exploitative way;
• is non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate speech, or a credible threat of violence;
• impersonates a real person or is intended to deceive viewers about a real person, event, product, or statement;
• promotes illegal goods or services, self-harm, terrorism, or violence;
• contains malware, or is intended to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service;
• infringes another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We use automated moderation and may reject any photo or request at our discretion. We may report suspected illegal content to the appropriate authorities. Automated checks are not perfect; you remain responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing the finished video before publishing it.

As between you and Flying Car AI, you own the video generated from your photos and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any rights of third parties. The video is delivered without a watermark.

AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that a video will match a particular expectation, preserve an exact likeness, be unique, or be free of visual artifacts. Different users may receive similar results. You are responsible for reviewing the output and for how you use, publish, or monetize it, including compliance with the rules of the platform where you post it.

We retain all rights in the website, brand, templates, prompts, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

You agree not to:

• bypass payment, credit checks, moderation, rate limits, or other technical controls;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the service as a competing API or white-label product without our written permission;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools in a way that burdens or interferes with the service;
• attempt to access other users’ orders, sessions, or data, or probe the security of the service;
• use the service to create content that violates Section 6 or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, and remove content if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated. Where appropriate, we will refund an affected paid order that has not been delivered.

The service depends on third parties, including PayPal for payments, SeeAPI for image moderation, a temporary image host, and Seedance / Volcengine Ark for video generation. Their availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or acts of third parties, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you resolve a failed order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any generated video will be suitable for a particular platform, campaign, or purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flying Car AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flying Car AI from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your photos, your generated videos, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. We will notify you of a claim and may participate in its defence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Flying Car AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@flyingcarai.world so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a court that has mandatory jurisdiction over the matter, or from exercising rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Changes apply to future use and future orders. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the service. An order is governed by the Terms in effect when it was placed.
